Hi, I’m Ky, the founder and Naturopathic practitioner at Naturae Health. I’m a degree qualified health professional, having graduated with honours in a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Naturopathy from the highly regarded Endeavour College of Natural Health in Adelaide, South Australia. I am also a professional member of the National Register of Accredited Natural Therapists with the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA).
I’m a Naturopath because I believe we all have the innate potential to live happy, healthy lives. My clients describe me as supportive, honest, genuine and practical. I am committed to educating and empowering my clients, and to providing the knowledge and tools to enable each individual I see to take charge of their own health and wellbeing in a way that is uniquely suited to them.
Being both a lover of people and a bit of a science geek, I aim to incorporate the best of scientifically validated, evidence-based practice and clinically validated traditional Naturopathic methods to create a treatment experience that is holistic, expert, compassionate and always centred on the individual.
I have a passion for seeking out the causes of ill health and supporting my clients in managing and implementing lasting change to benefit their health and long-term wellbeing.
I’m a food and lifestyle first practitioner, meaning that I prioritise implementing a healthful lifestyle and utilise medical and naturopathic testing, nutritional supplementation and herbal medicines in support of this as suits each individual client.
I love what I do and nothing makes me happier than helping people overcome obstacles, understand their bodies, take charge of their health and become the healthiest version of themselves. If I had to sum up my approach to clinical practice in a sentence, the phrase “it’s all about you” would do it nicely 😊
Finding the right practitioner for you is an important first step in your health journey. If you think we might be a good fit but still have some questions I’m always happy to have a chat via email, messenger or a good, old-fashioned phone call!
Yours in health,
