Conditions of Sale
If you choose to purchase from this website, you are agreeing to the conditions of sale outlined below.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) where GST applies. All teas & herbal infusions are GST free. Any tea making accessories and freight charges include GST.
As the customer you are responsible for selecting products from this website. Naturae Health or Naturae Herbal as applicable will not refund or replace any product if you have changed your mind, do not like the product, or if it does not meet your expectations regarding symptomatic relief.
Naturae Health or Naturae Herbal as applicable will ship a replacement product to you if we have incorrectly packaged and/or shipped a product that you did not order. We ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods to discuss this process and advise that no responsibility for replacement will be taken after 7 days of receipt.
Freight and delivery times
Naturae Health and Naturae Herbal use Sendle for the freighting of orders and ships within Australia only. Shipping rates are set according to the delivery address, weight and size of the parcel. If you are concerned that the freight charge is excessive, please contact us to discuss this prior to placing your order. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of being received in most cases. Delivery times are determined by the freight provider.
Seasonal variations, changes with suppliers due to availability and specific formulations may result in some variation in products over time. All due care is taken to provide products of excellent quality and as consistent as is reasonably possible.
In the event that a product is ordered and paid for but is unavailable, Naturae Health or Naturae Herbal as applicable will contact you to discuss whether you would like a substitute product sent or would like to wait until the ordered product becomes available. Naturae Health and Naturae Herbal make every attempt to ensure the availability of products that are shown on the website, however at times stock may become unavailable without at short notice.
