  • Consideration of your food preferences and aversions, food availability, food preparation skills, lifestyle, energy expenditure, age, digestive capacity and health goals

  • A report and discussion identifying aspects of your diet that would benefit from adjustment and food based suggestions to get you started

  • Practical advice and food and recipe guidelines for meals, snacks and eating routines

  • Prescribed nutritional and herbal medicines from our vegan dispensary as required (additional cost applies)


Nutrition requirements vary across the lifespan, according to your sex, with illness and chronic disease states, with activity levels, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, with allergy and intolerance, and even according to your genetic predisposition.
